Shipping and Payment Details Problem, HELP!

This is in regards to listing an ebay item with two (or more) shipping options being given. This is a little confusing to explain but will do my best because it is driving me CRAZY!

When I list an item, I usually give two shipping options and I always put the lower on top so it shows the lowest on the top of the page. By "the top of the page", I mean right under the "Item Location" and "Ships To" part. I am going to give an example of my auction here so you can see what I mean....

eBay automatically is putting the Priority Mail on top no matter what order I put them in when I list and/or revise items. I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem or if any one would be good enough to try and list something and recreate this so I know if it is ME or EBAY. I have done the Live Help thing (which is a joke) and even called eBay Customer Service on the phone and spoke to someone who was also no help. They just put me on hold and I waited for 20 minutes and they didn't come back. I think because they didn't want to deal with it. This is really driving me nuts. Check this auction:

I have tried to revise this one 6 TIMES! And on the review page (the last page before you submit), the two choices show Correctly! The Media is on top and the Priority on the bottom but as soon as I submit, it goes like this.

Can anyone help?

BTW, here is what one of my auction's look like when the shipping and payment details are correct. Notice the cheaper one on top and the priority one which is more is on the bottom.....

Maybe revise it and submit without having any shipping options, then go right back and try to add your shipping options the way you want them again. Just a thought.

That Ballet tape that you've revised doesn't have a Priority listing in it right now, just the media.. Have you edited it out completely?

Yeah, now I am forced to only show one of the two shipping options, otherwise the Priority goes on top which is no good. Probably some new deal that USPS and eBay have....the post office really likes to push Priority Mail. Oh well.
