On a related note, why would the listing for Kampf dem Planeten (Struggle of the Planets?) be marked "L" when it says it's for the price of the game with box and manual..?

I do feel sorry for ya, man. Once the same thing happened to me when I noticed a Zelda's Adventure hiding out in a lot of CD-i games on eBay... LOL

That really sucks...thanks for reminding me of the site, I like to browse it but never bid on anything, I almost forgot it existed.

I don't think it was worth it. I saw that auction too, and checked again on Thursday. I thought about bidding, but once you figure shipping & whatnot, you could be well over $100 depending on the other guy's bid. Plus there's no shot of the front label, and you can see wear on the edge. CommaVid titles are bad about looking like shite after they've been removed from their boxes. :P You might would have been disappointed. win auction for $100, tack on another $25 for shipping, meanwhile there was a decent looking copy on ebay with $100 bid, $125 BIN.

Since it was "just" a VCS with a few games and it went for $86, I think "the cat was out of the bag" anyway... All you slept through was a tiny bid war.. (a bid "struggle?)

I wish that you hadn't posted this message. I saw this early in the week and I looked at the auction again on Thursday. I forgot all about it until you posted this. I always forget to bid on the Goodwill stuff. I only check the site every 2-3 months.

Man that sucks, but really, who doesn't forget to bid on auctions their watching over there? IMO, they have the shittiest setup ever. I mean, they never remind you when an auction going to end, plus they never let you know when you have actually been outbid. There whole freaking setup just blows.
