This is news to me. You mean Motor Toon Grand Prix, right?
I remember at one point it was rumored that Gran Turismo 2 (or was it 3?) was going to have Motor Toon Grand Prix and Omega Boost as unlockables.

I am not sure about this question, I do know that the makers of Motor Toon Racing made the Gran Turismo series so there may be something there. Motor Toon Racing is a a very fun game, you just reminded me about it, time to get it out again. :)

Heres what the DP advance guide says,
Motor Toon Grand Prix Sony $20/R7+
Contains a hidden test model of Gran Turismo!
I wanna see this thing.

From the DP Guide, eh? I don't have an Advance guide handy and I forget who did the PS section. Since MTGP came at least a couple years before the release of GT, a test model would have been a significant bonus and probably would have been very well known.
I did find this code:
Advanced Options: Hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 while selecting the Options Menu for more choices.
I don't think this would get you to a GT demo..probably just a few cheats.

Motor Toon is a R7?! I sold it on eBay for like $10 3 years ago... grr. Well I was broke at the time, so o well.
I played the hell out of the game, and I don't remember a Gran Turismo model being in it. But there were tons of unlockables including a 60 fps mode. I did a search on gamefaqs but didn't see anything either. Maybe it was in the jap release (which by the way, we didn't receive the original, but the sequel).
