Moding a Different controller for an Odyssey2?

I've had an Odyssey 2 for a bit now...say a few months. The Unit works fine..but the controllers are a little "Bleech"...

I recently opened them up.... One seems fine..and even worked better after a little adjustment, thought not 100% better.

One was missing a piece that was actually needed!

Is there a way I can mod an exisiting controller type into an ody Controller?... and are there guides that show how to do this if possible?

I'am willing to take the pluf off the not-so-well-to do Ody Controller of mine to get the plug type, too.

Did you look at the pinouts for the controller port? That is your guide.

Just a note- the pinouts for the 'loose' controllers is not the same as the Atari standard. I'd post a page that has the pinouts listed, but can't remember it at the moment. I'll try to dig out the link when I get home form work (hope I remmeber too :embarrassed: )

Yeah, I know I'm about a month late on this, but I didn't forget.
