Does anyone know about the circuit boards of super nintendo games? I heard that if they have the EP rom or flash chips in them they are harder to find. (It's news to me) I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this for me. How do you tell what's what? Cheers!

only prototypes use eproms. unless its an unlisensed game like noah's ark.

Do you know what they look like? I've got a demo game here that's got a metal cylindrical thingie on the circuit board. What's up with that?

eproms have a window on them. i'm not sure about the "cylindrical thingie".
