Aside from those, Konami Hyper Soccer itīs good, almost a prequel of International Superstar Soccer Deluxe! (wich, IMO, is the best soccer game ever)
Championship Rally is great too, 34 courses through 10 countries, with lots of customizable things.

NES: International Cricket for NES and SNES, Mr. Gimmick (Yeah right), Les Chevaliers du Zodiaque (Knights of the Zodiac, Saint Seiya), Dragonball, Die Schone und das Biest (Beauty and the Beast) and a few Virgins remakes. These games are pretty hard to find on the American EBay, so you have been warned.
SNES: Asterix & Obelix, I know there's more, I just can't think of any.
