I saw this while looking in the video game section of a weekly shonen jump magazine I got today when I went to get some more video game manga.Its a Taiko Drum Masters RPG and it probably won't come to states so this maybe your only look at this.

Looks like Tales of Narikiri Dungeon 3. There is a lot of costumes in that game and many of them are based on Namco games like Mr Driller or Tower of Druaga.

taiko is awesome, this will be pretty cool, even if there was no storyline...
