Help me ID this game...

I don´t remember so much (in fact, the ID is for a friend of mine), but he said me that the game was about two boys in a scroll side type game and they shoot with a kind of trumpet some musical notes. Also, when an enemy touch you, you loose your clothes (like in Ghoul´s and ghosts)...

Any help or snap will be great...
