HELP !! vertical monitor problem !!!

i got some problem with my vertical shmup monitor(playing raiden fighter on it).
>> there are static lines(slightly bent ) on the left side of the screen
..it like 5 cm in width along the left edge of the screen.. and it bends downwards
it does'nt effect game play but it really annoying the static bends like this(like a little water fall :roll:

Is this an arcade monitor?

Sounds like the beginnings of vertical foldover on the top of the screen. I know you say side but remember the monitor is rotated. Standard cap kit answer should take care of that.

Yep, first thing to try is usually reflowing solder on the chassis, then a cap kit. The cap kit is most likely the answer.
