According to EBGames (http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/255311.asp), the limited edition version will actually have a new character and fighting style. Surprisingly, this just isn't extra packaging and a "making of" DVD (although it will have that too).
This might be the first limited edition game I buy.

Wow, that's awesome. Shows you how polished this game will be! This is also one of the XBox games I'm interested in (along with the new Oddworld, of course).
