View Full Version : Squaresoft Music Selections as preorder goodies

While cleaning out my room I found two Squaresoft Music Selections for Legend of Mana and Threads of Fate. Both have about 5 songs on them, and I got both around the same time. I got them for preordering Legend of Mana and Threads of Fate at Gamestop (it was Babbages at the time). Well anyways what I'm wondering is how many of these Music Selections exist? Were legend of mana and threads of fate the only games for which they were made?

Chrono Cross got one too. I don't know if there were any more beyond those three. They kinda suck if you ask me, but I'm used to buying full soundtracks so there ya go. Not that the alternative for Chrono Cross was any better. That clock really blew. o_O

I have a mini-OST for Chrono Cross, which I must've preordered! They also sent me a clock and a poster, both of which I also still have.
The clock is ticking next to me, even as I type this.
I never noticed it before but now the constant ticking is almost deafening. My god, how have I withstood it all these years? I wish it would just STOP! Along with the damn voices . . . always the damn voices . . .

Ooh, poster? What's on it? I hope it's not the nasty CG cover art for the US version of the game. x_x

I never used that clock it's so DAMN LOUD! They didn't give me a music selection for Chrono Cross, blah.

My Chrono Cross clock died...I was happy :)
As for the sndtrks...they're fairly common. I have the Threads of Fate one myself I think, or maybe the Legend of Mana...or maybe both...I don't remember. I wouldn't mind getting the Chrono Chross one tho!

Hmm, it's got Serge on the bow of a ship on the lefthand side and it's got Kid and Serge's faces in the foreground on the right hand side.. I must've gotten it from Babbages online because their logo is on the bottom left along with Squaresoft, BradyGames and software etc.
