I knew this was out there somewhere; I just wasn't quite sure where. It's quite possibly even better than Replacementdocs.com ever was.
Don't forget that you don't have to download all the files in a particular torrent; in BitTornado, at least, you can click on Details and right-click the file list to set download priorities.
