Original Game Boy demos

I purchased Kirby's Pinball Land for the original GameBoy two months ago. I later noticed a torn sticker on the backside of the cartridge that read (all that was left besides sticker residue) "Demo Game Only, Property of Nintendo".

What does anyone know of demo carts for the original GameBoy? How sought after are they? They worth anything? I'm just curious. I've never heard anything about them, although I've read much on the SNES Demo ONLY carts.

I would appreciate any info on these carts!

This is a bump from the past. I still am curious about Game Boy demo cartridges. I would appreciate any info from you experts ;)

is it any different to the real game? play a rom and compare.. it could be a version from a gb display unit.. the kind they put out with a game that isnt released yet.. i'd guess it'd be worth a fair bit more than you paid for it anyway..
