This is definitely a reseal, I asked the seller for photos of the sides and back. Seller provided no photos but did admit there was no seam across the back. I thought I'd alert us all because the seller recently sold Bonk's Adventure "sealed" for over $100.

The anvil needs to come down hard on these types of people.

The Contra he is selling is a reseal too. If you look closely you can see the seam across the bottom.

"The anvil needs to come down hard on these types of people."

The thing is , if they were confronted on the games be re-seals, they would probabley say they bought them like that and had no idea.

This seller knows the difference. He admitted it in e-mail and lists reseals as "Sealed" and authentic as "factory sealed" although his pictures for both varieties are crap.

All his rare titles seem to be garbage. I thought the bonk's when bullshit when I bought it but figured for $100 it was worth the risk. His other games he had up at the time like wario's woods looked terrible also. Oh well. I would not trust anything from this guy.

Was the Bonk's Adventure a reseal as well? If it was I would ask for a refund, or neg his ass! Even if it is a reseal, a complete Bonk's is still worth a nice chunk of change, so you didn't get ripped that bad anyways.

I haven't received the bonk's yet but I'm sure it will be. Pretty much just waiting for the bad news to be official at this point.

But yeah, a complete bonk's is worth decent money anyway, which is why I bid even though I figured it was a reseal.

cheers

No joke dan, that's not a bad price IF it really is bonk in that box. imagine it... you get the game and its a reseal, you open it only to find a legend of kage. that would just chap my ass.... not only did you not get bonks adv. but you got a major shitty game to boot.

Heheh, you have a point there ;)

Strangely enough, on the five or so reseals I've been stuck with that I've opened up, they all at least had the legit cart inside. But you're right, I could have just bought a dance aerobics :D
