This is more then likly not new to DS owners. I thought it was cool so I thought I would share.

You can fit GBA games in a DS case. Which to me is really nice considering cardboard really dosen't hold up to well.

anyhoo...

This Site (http://www.snackbar-games.com/gbacovers.php)(<Link) Has a few homemade inserts most Scanned from the orignal Boxs and made up to look really nice once printed out. he even tells you how to make them up yourself and gives you a direct link to the nintendo store so you can order the cases. (I ordered 40)

I came across this a week or so back and thought it was a really good Idea so I made myself a few.

heres some crappy pics of mine (bad cellphone camera)

They look way better then that camera can display.

Me too lol I had to go over to a friends house and use theres. I did order a nice one from newegg though thats coming later this week. I'm going to do something similar to this with my older Sega CD and Saturn Games and put them into DVD cases and store the orignal cases away for safe keeping.

heres a link to the printer I bought if your intersted

That's pretty cool, but what do you do with the empty GBA boxes? They must be pretty jealous.

That's awesome. X_x I'd actually made my own MPH First Hunt insert but never bothered to print it...I notice on their forums that the DS cases can be cut so that a regular GB game will fit in it, as well...

...that just leaves my Japanese games (all two of them) to make inserts for...maybe I'll get some cases and try it myself. 8-)

It would be uber kewl if we made a template for it, so that we can just add the ones we have/want and print them.

Nifty. I might just print some out just to fool some friends that Nintendo is going to start packaging their GBA games in DS cases. LOL

Really nice stuff.

Just as with some homemade artwork for DVD films, I'm sure the alternative artwork for GBA games will rock...fans making it for fans.

I just ordered some cases for my GBA games, and once they come in I am going to do this. I like these cases much better, and I hate boxes. I always feel like boxes are fragile and get damaged way to easy. So It will be nice to throw them into a box in the corner of my room. Awsome man, this jsut made my day.

Can anyone recommend a free/good program so I can print these. I can't do it in paint.

he has a FAQ Sticky thread about printing them out

Link (http://www.snackbar-games.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=8020)

he mentions using Gimp (which he also links to in the Link I provided) which is free as well as Microsoft photo Editor.

I used something else entirerly on my friends computer (I don't know what the name of the software is) but I'm sure you can go from there.
