My friend's genesis is no longer working. The power light still comes on, but there's no picture or sound. She thinks it may be the hookup wire, but I'd like to see if anyone else has any ideas.

uhm, in the picture department, is there the usual line that goes on everyscreen when power hits the system?
Also, check that the cart is in, and that they are clean, this is mostly the biggest cause of systems not working.

Yeah, its not the cart slot. She says she tried her friend's system with the same power supply and AV and got the same result.
