Look at the bids, and the retracted bids. Unbelievable.

Hmm - twinturbomike is a serious bidder, and he put down a $5000 bid, which he retracted due to being 'unable to contact seller'. Which would be a reasonable reason imho, for something that was going to cost that much!

Perhaps the seller doesn't really realise what they are worth, and has gone on holiday for a week! However the fact that they have provided 5 supersize pictures would seem to indicate that they know that sealed NES games are worth serous dough...

I wouldn't pay that even if they were somehow magical games and the little characters in the game could leap out of the television while the game was running and do odd chores around the house like wash the dishes and cut my toenails.

LOL

That's Flack: Will not pay $5000 for magical trolls to trim his toenails!!!

There are only a few set reasons you can select for retracting a bid, and "I fucking bid $5300 on 21 NES games!" isn't one of them... LOL

thats just insane

1 of them are listed as not sealed

and, the others, well, who knows

most likely you would not open them, but then you have no clue if they were resealed or if they even have the games inside the boxes, unless you open them, making your high priced auction pointless, since opening them would drastically drop their worth

I thought the the auction was horribly overpriced when I first saw it too, but I guess some of those games are extremely rare in their sealed form!!!
These games alone would sell for hundreds each:

Pro Wrestling
Kung Fu
Kid Icarus
Legend of Zelda
Commando

Although I still can't see anyone spending anywhere near $5,000 for it, maybe $2,500 but damn! Personally I wouldn't pay $500 for them, because sealed games is stupid (imho).
