I doubt it. Ebay would have no reason to, and the price for the copyrights for another site to do it would be too much.
So I think. Just my 2c

would copyrights even apply? they own the website not the data, or so I would think.

I occasionally make archives of stuff I find neat. If it was an oddball auction, you might be able to find someone that archived it...

You have to subscribe after a couple trial searches, though.
