Today you can i.g sell factory sealed NES games for a high price, but how do you think it will be for Xbox/PS2/GC in like 20 years. Will it be as collectable like the other old systems like NES, 2600 etc etc...

It's probably just going to depend on the title and how rare it is. As a whole I don't think this gen is going to be very collectable. Check back in 20 years. ;)
I feel that it will be even MORE collectible. Even now.....it's very hard to find a copy of a PS2 launch year title in the wild that hasn't had the shit beat out of it.
The average Joe has NO desire or clue as to how to take care of a system and it's disc format software. You could be incredibly ham-fisted and a cart would survive to be playable again. I've seen recent releases on the used rack that look like fingerprinted skating rinks. These games deteriorate quickly, making mint copies VERY rare indeed.

very few games will be high on peoples list, this gen wont be seen in collectors shelves by choice, probably more just for the sake of having it...but id say GC will have the most games on a want list...ps2 and xbox will be lucky to have 10-15 must have games - other than rpg's you want to collect or get complete which will be alot easier than getting complete nes or snes games

All depends on games, Capcom fighters, already hard to find, but games produced in the mass catering to mainstream market (all violent trash, sports games), worth nada.
ie: Marvelvs Capcom 2 on both PS2/Xbox is nearly impossible to find in sealed forms unless you're willing to shell out over $100 on amazon.
