I see this far too often in B/S...
From both sides:
1) Seller does not want the good stuff to all sell and be left with crap.
2) buyers do not have ten grand to buy an obscenely huge lot, especially when they only want a certain amount of it.

Max, might you be willing to split this up into sub-lots system by system? Might make it easier, as I'm doubting many of us have the funding to buy this whole bleeding lot.

It breaks down to time vs money.. the more tyou break it down, the more you'll make, but the longer it will take to do that. Then again, with a huge lot, it can take a long time to find someone willing to take the whole thing so it's a tough call.

ok, i dont see me ever making fair value off of this the way i am currently selling it, so this is how it will be done.
each SET of games will be sold together, the ENTIRE saturn collection will go as one lot, the entire genesis collection will go as one lot etc. i will be flexible though, if someone wants all genesis games, and the genesis console together, its theres, but if they just want the games, and not the matching console, that is fine also.
