EA now holds a total of 6,044,720 shares, a controlling interest representing 59.8% of the outstanding capital and votes in DICE. Additionally, EA holds warrants in DICE priced at SEK 47.23 which, if exercised, would bring EA's holdings to 67.3% of DICE shares. EA has not yet declared its intentions on whether those warrants will be exercised.

never even heard of dice, so does it affect anything that much? other than another helpless animal snatched up in the jaws of the hyeena?

They did Battlefield 1942, Rallisport Challenge and back in the days Pinball Dreams.

Ah, yet another set of games to boycott. That's alright in my book. As long as EA keeps its mitts off companies like Treasure, I could care less.

They may be better known as "Digital Illusions".

At this rate EA is soon going to resemble tetsuo at the end of Akira. If you know what I'm talking about, give yourself a delicious oatmeal cookie. LOL

Didnt Dice do the Midtown Madness series too? I also agree with klausien, if they stay away from companies like treasure it should be ok..

Joe. :)

I was thinking it was more like Katamari Damacy, with EA rolling the giant ball with lots of little NFL players, ESPN announcers, Arena football logos and other tiny developers like DICE kicking and flailing to get out.

"TETSUO!"
"KANEDA!"
