So over the weekend I finally got everything in Mario 64 DS. I collected 147 stars on my own and had to consult a guide for the remaining 3 and a few mini-game rabbits that I had not found. So I collected everything and NOTHING unlockable! What a crock! Yeah Bowser says something slightly different when you beat him in the third battle, but that's it.
Same thing happened when I collected all of the Yoshi eggs in Super Mario Advance 1. I figured, after working so hard and searching for all those darn eggs, I would be rewarded with something.
I was hoping that just maybe, in Mario 64 DS, that it would unlock a 3d version of the first level from SMB 1 (I think that Sonic Adventure 2 does that when you collect all the emblems, you get to play a 3d version of the first level from sonic 1).
Very sad indeed. I understand that it's getting there that's the fun part. But I play games to play them, but I also want to be rewarded by my hard work.
What's the deal with that!
