Phantasy Star for SMS Wanted, Also SMS question

I am looking for Phantasy Star for Sega Master System. I am working out a
deal with local pawn shop on following

Sega master system with controller, light scope and hook ups and 17 games
all in boxes and about 1/2 with books, here are some of the games:
Rastan
Shinobi
Outrun
Hang On/Safari Hunt
Double Dragon
Walter Payton Football
Wonder Boy
After Burner
Ghostbusters
Rambo
Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego
and some others I can't remember.
What would be a fair rate for 17 games and the system?????

As for the pawn shop deal, nothing there is really rare (although those are some great games!) and I would say $50 for the lot would be a really nice deal.
