Just a quick question, not a flame, and not an argument. Just trying to understand. In the "Rules" sticky you said:
This means you can talk about an Atari 2600 emulator or any new age emulator that comes into play. Discussion of quality, speed issues, help on settings, etc. are perfectly fine. Requesting romfiles is another story. Requests for romfiles/isos for systems still manufactured/sold cannot be made without getting publicly flamed and eventually banned.
This being the case, I was wondering why CrazyImpmon's topic here (http://www.digitpress.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4993) was locked. Granted, he was speaking of a "new age emulator", but he was only asking about the quality, not requesting or asking about roms.
I'm not trying to be troublesome, just asking for an explanation so I can understand.
