Odd but interesting question about Wild Arms 2

Does this game suppose to come with 2 identical manuals? O_O I ask this because i just happened to look at my Wild Arms 2 that i got from gamestop and notice i had 2 manuals. This must be a mess up by those idiot gamestop employees.
