I've seen them a few times. One time, it sold for $100 US. Another time it went for $300 US. Personally, I don't think it is worth more than $50 (they are pretty widespread in Japan).

Edit: Also, I wouldn't trust the validity of this auction. The images were clearly stolen from a previous auction (which are on my site right now). Look for yourself:

Didn't that same seller also have sample versions of 2 snes/sfc final fantasy games maybe a year or so back.
