Can anyone in central California confirm that stores in Fresno or Merced are holding to the 0.99 nes/snes/dc/genesis deal? I am up in Davis and the stores I call are saying that they haven't heard anything like that.

Have them scan a game. One of the local ones here didn't believe me when I told them about it.

Yeah that's the other thing I was going to say. Just call them, and don;t even ask about the deal. Just say you want to know how much a game is, then pick some random DC game and have them look it up.
