According to the almighty DP guide, it's an RTS game. Far cooler cover art than the US version, though. :)

Actually it's a RTS game. I've got it for the SegaCD but it doesn't have the same coverart.
I would probably buy it just for the coverart! LOL

It says "The Third World War" with, um..a really really really thick Japanese accent. Keep reading it.
