Comes with Box, AV cable but no power supply.
I have tested the unit by turning it on and it powers and show the menu in both english and japanese. I dont have any NR discs so I cannot actually test the NR playability, but the spindle does turn. I will be happy to test it before you buy if you send me a NR disc.
