The owner of the Jester's Court in NH is giving the arcade away. No word on what games he has.

Could someone pick me up a Black Knight pinball or Space Wars if they happen to have them available. LOL
Why don't things like this ever happen in Colo?

"Koloski said his plan is to sign over the lease to someone interested in running the shop. The space is rented, as are most of the video games, so the new owner would assume the expenses. "
What exactly is he giving away?

He's probably selling cuz it isn't making money. I live in NH, and Claremont isn't exactly the most happenin' place in the world.

dont mean to start fires, but hes not selling. hes GIVING.
whats to stop anyone from 'taking the business to run it' then clsoing shop and taking the games home...must be some clause that says it has to stay open x time or something. that could kill someone financially.

Yup, the clause where most of the games aren't his. They are rentals.

Exactly. I nearly peed myself. Then, I actually read the article.

Yes, I'm sure he's still paying off all of the equipment every month. Nothing would be "free" technically other than the keys to his front door. If you decided to shut down you would either:
A. Return the games to the distributer (or whomever he's leased them from)
B. $$ Pay $$ off all of the games and keep them.

I still don't get it.
In other news, I'm giving away new cars if you're willing to take over the lease. (?)

Exactly. Nothing is really free, other than the opportunity to run an arcade. There is still the rented building and the rented games. Though I guess some of the games are his (and free), but they probably suck lol

Still, if you ever wanted to run your own arcade, it's a great chance! :D
