Desert Demolition pirate?

I've got this game recently, but I think it's a pirate version - the plastic of the cart and box feels different and there's no mention of Megadrive/Genesis/Sega/Developer/Copyright anywhere. Can anyone confirm this? If so, hooray, my first pirate. :/

Definitely a pirate. The lack of UPS code on the box and as you said no mention of Sega or the Genesis anywhere. The cart label is also a giveaway. I'm curious about the insert though. Is it thin paper like normal plastic case releases or thicker? You can tell that it was made using the original cardboard box since the sides are cropped very close to text on the back and the rating box on the front.
