so surfing newsgroups, Lo and Behold! the DS perforated!

right, so im surfing newsgroups looking for stuff to borrow, and i find the first 2 dumped NDS roms, metroid prime hunters and mario ds. of course i know theres no emulator but someone figured out how to dump them, i was sceptical so i d/l them to see if its a virus or trojan or whatnot, nope.


so now im curouse how to dump them, i have the hardware and all, anyone have any information on how, by who, and where this feat was accomplished?

The problem with encription is that the whole rom uses it, not only the 'boot' part.

Kinda like dvd's, once a key is broken, it's smooth sailing forward.

Oh no, we're not going to go there. The DS is WAY too new to start talking about how to dump ROMs and stuff for it. :roll:
