I suppose the easiest answer would be Goku, as he can blow up galaxies and shit like that, but we all know that's a cop-out answer....

Pfft, no doubts about this one. Yuri from Shadow Hearts is easily the biggest badass of any game, ever. Bass from the Megaman series is a close second, though.

seriously that game was hilarious but pretty fun

The Tales series has good Basass type characters, though they always seem to be releated to the main character
Spoiler: Judas from Tales of Destiny 2 is Leon Magnus (Rutee's Brother), making him Kyle's uncle, and Kratos (Tales of Symphonia) is Llyod's father. End of spoiler

The punisher. I think all the grittiness and dispicable aspects of the character where captured brilliantly in the new game. Does he count even though he is of comic book origin??
