Agetec Dreamcast arcade stick MOD help

Does anyone know how to easily mod a dreamcast arcade stick to work with the PS2? I love the stick but can't find a DC to PS2 converter.

I don't think there is such a thing. Wouldnt you be short 3-4 buttons or so too? Also DC controler modding isnt anywear near what every other system has so in my opinion your sol :/
