My new Xbox controller

I recently got a clear Xbox controller from someone on another forum. This is different than the controllers that come with the clear Canadian Xbox's as these are only available in Asia (that's what I was told anyway-it came in an official MS blister pack). Anyway, I decided to put an led in there and here's the result!

I've been thinking about doing a similar mod, but on my standard "black" (I know, it's actually a dark, dark green) Controller S. I want to put a separate green LED behind each of the four main face buttons. I'm hoping that it will give each button a cool "lunar eclipse" look. Wish me luck!

She was tinkering on it at 9am this morning, then plugged it in. The picture does not show how bright it really is. Now if I could just remember what I did with that Dremel...... :kiss:

Yea it could use a few more, ive seen poeple on xbox s cene putlike 10 in theirs, there is currently a thread "How many leds can i cram into a controller before it blows up" or something

If its the smoke LE then it is a rare one, the blue was which was kasumi chan was also mucho rareo

The regular crystal Controller-S in the MS blister pack is available everywhere in Canada, as are the clear blue and green. No smoke or Kasumi that I've seen tho :D

Do you have a transparent XBox case to match the controller? That would look sweet if you modded the XBox with the same color LEDs.

No clear case for the actual Xbox yet, although I'm seriously thinking about getting one. :)
