Is the PGII fully localized? Would that be the first to use the same number for different languages?

Hey guys this is an amazing achievement. I posted a similar thread ages ago on the videogaming forum to get the first 150 part numbers. We got quite a few.

What games are you missing the #'s for?

@Tinsair
I got the german release "Frühes Lernen mit Micky" which is "Learning with Mickey" and they carry the same number also so we have a 99.9% propability that it's the same with Winnie. I assume you want to make it hard for me and want to find the english release first before yelling out "missing zero" :D :D :D

i got a ***very*** interesting reply from a Source inside Phoenix games who isn't very talkative:

Begin Quote:
We launched this game, but uptil now no one has ordered it, and as the minimum quantity to order at Sony is 1005 units, I don't see this title to be ordered soon.End Quote

So, the limit for every game which is out there is at least OR maximum 1005 units - I don't know if that rule exists since the launch of the PS1 and if it's also suitable for NTSC releases.

What puzzles me a bit is the statement "order at Sony" - maybe my source meant the CD-Plant here in Salzburg, Austria where each and every PAL release is pressed OR does he mean Sony's internal PS1 quality control which I believe doesn't exist no more.

I will try to get official word from Sony about this 1005 units O_O

That is very interesting, well keep investigating detective AtariBuff LOL , how do you manage to get this information? :D

believe me, you won't know what I have to do to get such information..... just kiddin LOL O_O

I mailed Sony today to shed some more light on this very statement.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh BTW, I received a nice Australian/New Zealand compilation yesterday:

"Shane Warne Cricket '99 / Jonah Lomu Rugby"
in the typical "2 Games" compilation pack. It's the Australian/New Zealand release of "Brian Lara Cricket / J.L. Rugby". Doesn't show up too often on eBay AU.
