NES box set variations

I am sure this has been discussed before , but I searched and did not see it.

What U.S. release box variations were there for the NES control deck.

Here is what I know :

Control Deck
Action Set
Deluxe Set
Power Set
Sports Set
Challenge Set

And of course the Top Loader set.

I am not missing anything am I ? I was curious , because I was sure I had them all besides the Top Loader box in my collection.

and if you're really picky there were different variations of most of those too. With different box art and whatnot.

There is a Control Deck set with no game and a Control Deck set with SMB 1 boxed (no Duck Hunt).

I think this was covered before but I can't find the thread.
