Sealed Saturn games are hard to find, but don't give up hope...if not Ebay, you have to search deeper like an outside source...I'm still jealous at my best friend...found US Saturn DOOM brand new for $9.95...he broke the seal yesterday to play it...should I slap him upside the head or what?

So. Sealed copies of Doom are a dime a dozen on ebay. I see them all the time in lots of 3 or 4 games.

Sports games and common high production games like daytone usa, virtua fighter 2 or NiGHTS?

If they're even halfway rare or AAA titles from developers other than Sega you can be sure Satrun collectors will sniff'em out and bid them up.

Cheap? Tell me so when you see sealed and complete copies of Mega Man, Panzer Dragoon (any of the 3), Guardian Heroes, Bust A Move 3, Dragon Force, Baku Baku, etc. I even have trouble spotting sealed games like Astal, Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, and Marvel Super heroes.

Most games you see on eBay are cheap sports titles, the same can be said abot other systems, like Dreamcast.

This man speaks the truth. Sealed copies are like cheap dirt common sport games, etc.

Hey Vince BTW Baku Baku and BaM 3 aren't that expensive. BB is like 10 bucks last time I checked and my copy of BaM3 was only $12 or so.

Though not totally grails, I got Dark Savior, Legend of Oasis, Shining Wisdom, Street Fighter Alpha II & Super Puzzle Fighter II sealed at my local mom & pop. Needless to say, I was shocked & delighted since the only sealed games I've seen before that were only sports titles.

I don't know who found them, but these titles have been flooding the 'market'

I found these (sealed) at a local Microplay for $7 CDN

There was a guy selling super puzzle fighter II turbo's sealed for 25 for weeks. None-the-less, most of the games I see sealed are Doom, Street Fighter Alpha 2, Night Warriors....all pretty common games that someone probably has a huge bought out left over stock of. When you factor in games like dragon force, saga, bomberman, lunacy, winning post, 3d baseball, shining force 3, burning rangers, ect they are going to be generating a LARGE ending bid.

Yup. Not exactly "holy grails" but DAMN FINE games. Nothing wrong with that. :)

As for original poster's view, it has some valid point, I think in US, Dreamcast lineup completely overshadows Saturn, I have some Saturn games too, not too many, mainly those that aren't available as sequals on Dreamcast like Night, Super Puzle Fighters II Turbo, Virtua Cop, and Shining Force 3.

And yes, current market is down for sellers, it's buyer's market, same goes for Dreamcast.

I remember seeing Sega-Parts auction off a sealed copy of Panzer Dragoon Saga last year on Ebay. Only went for the amazingly low price of 500 dollars. ;)
