If you can buy it on the web it's legal right? Just like if they can sell the super joy 76000 at my local mall it's not really a pirated NES system is it :)

Thsoe units are illegal because they contain software that will be copyrighted for at least fifty more years.
The Neo Fami uses technology from Nintendo's expired patent on the Famicom, and contains no software.
See the difference? The Neo Fami is completely legit.
