haha

"And you get it right now ABSOLUTELY FREE"

If you have to pay $200 in shipping you dont get it for free ;P
And it says factory sealed. I never seen a ps2 system that was sealed.

Some people are retards, he probably just didn't advertise the auction in the right places......you have to know where to snare doofuses....

Anyway, this is totally against eBay policy. They have a "fair shipping" stipulation, allows for minor gouging, but nothing like this. I don't think they'd actually go s far as to force the guy to give you a PS2 for $.01, but they would probably just void the auction and let you out of the deal if you won and then complained to them about it.

He did that to save on the fees...think about. All he needs is one bid...as thats all he wants.

I got down in the ebay help file one day for some reason, and I did read that overly excessive shipping charges are against ebay rules... would you call this overly excessive x_x

here is the email i sent, and his response.

You asked:
"hey i saw your ps2- if i live close can i come by and pick it up? Thanks- Eric"

Sorry...this was supposed to be a gimmick to send into Jay Leno for his "headlines" section. Sorry if I confused you. (By the way, notice the shipping & handling said $200). If you are willing to pay that I will sell it to you. Otherwise, sorry for confusing you. Thanks.

O_O what? i've seen way funnier stuff than that on ebay, and those people were'nt even trying to be funny!
