Decided to put this on eBay to help with everyday costs of student-ness. Sucks badly as one of my most prized posessions but life is as life is. :

Should there be further queries I am happy to help. Would be nice if it went to a collector. Thanks.
EDIT : I am also open to offers on the game and can end the auction early should any offer be good enough. Cheers.

Good luck with that. It's too bad you don't have any feedback either, as having a good reputation always brings in more/better bids.

I'm a little out of the PS1 loop, what makes this game a big one? Is it hype or something? Just curious?

It's a Squaresoft game. They could put their logo on a CD and call it a game and people would go gaga over it and pay hundreds of dollars for it. It's crazy.

its also an excelent horizontal shooter with awsome graphics for its time, and amazing level design.

Give into the temptation. ;)

Yes that''s true enough sadly. I HAD a decent ebay account and feedback about two and a half years back but have completely forgotten what it was, the pass, everything. Just have to hope for people's trust, I've tried as much as possible to gain that in the listing.

Dammit, I had hoped that this was going to go unnoticed... So much for that theory!
:(
I think you can pretty much consider this game mine from this point on... And I will tell you that I play dirty and use HammerSnipe to bid at the last second...
So don't be very surprised if I kick some bidding ass in this auction!
Hmmm... Look at how many zero bidders there are... I sure as hell aren't bidding unless they all disappear... Two of which have been set up recently...
All three are from United States (So it says anyway) - So that's a bit fishy, as you don't appear to accept PayPal, so no doubt payment would be a problem for them... If they even exist that is...
It all looks very suspicious if you ask me - I'd seriously think about banning Zero Bidders if you want some decent bids putting on this game...
To me, it looks like you already have two decent bidders willing to battle it out already... I may also make an appearance as well if those Zero bidders *Disappear*

Ah well, sorry about that mate. However being the seller I do need give it as much exposure as possible!
I can accept PayPal considering how many people have wanted me to so badly...I will just have it sent to a friend's PayPal account and have him transfer the funds to me. I myself have basically stayed away from PayPal after being burned with a fraudulent (Indoenesian) credit card payment off a forum guy two years or so ago.

Hmmm.. Just noticed that those two bidders are also interested in the other game you are selling...
I agree with what has been said above - The fact that you also have zero feedback is off-putting to most people... Especially when your first game you are selling is this...

I can't ban zero-rated bidders though they do make me nervous. The maximum ebay allowed me to filter was negative-rated bidders. One of those zero-rated bidders from the US has contacted me to ask about payment etc. the other newer one has not.
Which other two bidders? I may be reading too much into that but if you're implying I am shill-bidding I take serious offense to that. If I am reading too much into that comment I apologise sincerely.

Can't be helped. I don't have the luxury of time to build up a feedback record and then likely sell the games for better prices. Bills need paying and very soon. If you feel uncomfortable with my feedback, or lack thereof, you are more than welcome to request that I cancel your bid (if you have placed one already) or simply don't bid at all.

Good. I was indeed implying that some shill bidding was going on. If not by those two bidders, then by all those suspicious zero bidders you seem to have attracted...
Fair enough two interested parties being interested in two games, it happens, so apologies there, but that many zero bidders looks very suspicious to anyone and everyone... Especially on such a rare game as this.
All they do is spoil it for everyone else

Gemini-Phoenix, if you are indeed concerned of shill-bidding I suggest you report your suspicions to eBay to confirm they are wihtout basis. I am sure they would be able to cross-reference by IP address or whatnot. I will categorically state I have zero relation whatsoever to the zero-rated bidders and whilst I understand your concern still take offense. Furthermore two are registered in the US, one whom I can see you would look suspicious as being recently registered but the other has been around for quite some time, and from what I see of the bidding record the other noob with zero feedback placed a mere max bid of 1.20.
Surely one can try to understand this is a legitimate and very possible situation and not merely deem it to be one borne of dishonest shill-bidding. And surely had I wanted to shill bid there would be mystery bidders on Project Justice as well. Frankly I am not happy with the current bids on either game as BOTH are very rare in the conditon they are in but shill-bidding is hardly a route I would take. Legitimate means - such as trying rather desperately to give the game some more exposure by posting it here - are what I would do and HAVE done.
Again, while I understand where you are coming from I take deep offense to your implying of dishonesty and furthermore should you have had such a concern it would have been far more appropriate via PM.
Should you feel uncomfortable, by all means, do not bid.

Project Justice is not rare. In sealed or unsealed condition. I give it £25 tops. I've seen many sealed ones sell for that amount in the last few months - One guy had loads of them at one point...
As for Einhander... I may decide to appear at the last second... Depends... I think many other people will agree with what I have said though about zero bidders...
You could always remove all doubt though and just ban zero bidders from you auction...

At the moment it is the only on eBay and just over 10 quid. Hardly its value.

What you are clearly really trying to say is 'remove your shill bidders, or I will not bid'.
I really do not appreciate your accusatory comments at all and how you have muddled this thread with such backhanded accusations. They are completely wihtout basis. So one newly regsitered eBay memebr is the high bidder on a rare game - does that automatically mean they are gost shill-bidders? The other bidders you have no reason to accuse me of shil-bidding through as one merely bid to 1.20 and the other has been regsitered in the US with eBay since Oct **2003**. Did I engineer this shill-bidding from the US over a year in advance?
I myself am uncomfortable about zero-rated bidders because as is common knowledge, they often fail to pay or communicate. However, eBay member 'vanzans' I have zero reason to doubt as he has been registered since October 2003 according to eBay and hardly qualifies for the shill-bidding extravaganza suspicion you are throwing on me, and further has contacted me to ask about working about payment in the event he does win. The other noob who bid at 1.20 I am not worried about. The SOLE bidder I have any concern over is the current high bidder on Einhander whom I have contyatced and asked to respond with a guarantee to pay should they win and how they will be paying as they are in the US. Should he/she fail to respond I will cancel their bid.
When I have no reason at all to doubt zero-rated bidders such as the eBay US one registered since 0ct 03 it means nothing to me if yourself or others try to label it as shill-bidding backhandedly in order to get me to cancel their bids and have lower prices for you.
One sole bidder I have reason to worry about, i-heart-yuna, and as I said, if he/she fails to respond I will cancel their bid because in all likelihood they are unlikely to pay. I do so in my own interests, not because you misguidedly are backhandedly trying to imply there is some shady underhanded shadow bidding going on. I now see another eBay user, heche1981, has bid on the game with zero feedback registered late last year, and who has asked me about postage in advance as well.
As much as I would welcome your bid on my auction, it does not hinge on your bid or your condition of sorts to only bid on my auction should all the zero-rated bidders be cancelled (especilaly when it's very clear ther eis only one I need be concerned about). This is my auction, it would be nice if it went to someone who knew the game's value and is a collector, but it is not dependant on anyone.
Thank you for mucking up a perfectly honest thread with backhanded accusations of underhandedness. If you had concerns it would have been appropriate to at the very least be more courteous about it if not Pm me about it. If you have doubts about my honesty, by all means, PLEASE contact eBay and ask them to investigate. If one is set on thinking these zero-rated bidders are all my own creation clesrly nothing else would change such a person's mind.

Well, it seems that the game has already beaten the highest that the last sealed copy went for:
Sealed Einhander - eBay - Completed (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=62053&item=8167603799&rd=1)
So what kind of value would you place on this game then?

When I posted the above the bid was at a little over 20 pounds. At its current bid I am satisfied with the price it has reached.
Also seems that went for quite low - other compelted open Einhanders seemed to have gone for $39.99 easily.

I have seen it hit $70 before, which is roughly what it stands at now. I hadn't noticed that it had been bid on just recently.
And don't worry - I'm not going to start rambling on about how another zero bidder has decided to bid... I think I made my feelings about such bidders perfectly clear above...
I may still be tempted to bid later on this evening so long as *I-heart-yuna* hasn't plonked some stupidly high amount on it...

Please, do sell it to Gemini! ;) This whole shill-bidding accussatory posting has kept me at the bloody keyboard for over an hour and sttressed me out quite a bit especially as it's likely stopped other potential bidders here form going near it.

Feelings on zero-rated bidders all being illegitimate shill-bidders? Including ones registered in the US - on October 9th, 2003? Do tell.
I'm not waiting much longer for 'i-heart-yuna' to reply. If he/she hasn't replied within an hour they're booted.
£390
Eh looks more like 39.99 to me.The noob bidder who drove it up there has contacted me already asking about postage from Japan etc. As long as they're decent enough to make contact liek this before bidding I have no reason to boot them.
Edit : Ah I see. Must have been a typo, corrected. I hope.

Eh looks more like 39.99 to me.
According to the bidding logs, they must have entered £390.00 by mistake, then realised, then changed it to £39.00 (Which is probably what they intended it to be in the first place)
At least they will have learned one useful thing (If they were wise enough to look...) - They could've seen how much *I-heart-yuna* put as their maximum high bid...
May have to eMail that eBayer and see if they respond... Could help me a little (If they had the sense of course)

I don't even consider Einhander to be a particularly rare game, there are two (albeit not sealed) complete copies sitting in the PSX section of my local Gamestop, $20USD each.
Doesn't detract from the fact that it's a fantastic shooter though.
Project Justice rules, I put dozens of hours into that game. It's too good for anyone to keep sealed, lol.

Looks like *I-heart-yuna* ended up winning it in the end.
£40 - Not a bad price.

Poo.
Both Einhander copies were gone from that Gamestop. They guy told me that they had a totally mint Elemental Gearbolt used for $15 that some guy had bought like 20 mins before I got there.
Nothing, and I mean NOTHING pisses me off like getting robbed of a Working Designs game......
