Nintendo did. They had a small operation over here at the time run by Minoru Arakawa. He had a partnership with a couple of guys named Ron Judy and Al Stone. According to the book I have, they converted the remaining Radar Scope cabinets they had to DKs (that's why red DKs are more valuable). They ended up converting about 2000 of these Radar Scope games to Donkey Kong.
