Hundreds of negs, many for selling bootlegs or non-delivery .. and yet he's still not been NARU'd. Is that seriously messed up or what!?!?

Yea that's quite odd.
I guess no-ones reported him for selling boot-legs or Ebay doesn't want to try to prove it ?
They usually only give 2 warnings for selling copied DVD's and then they suspend your account. :hmm:

Yeah. I've heard stuff how ebay is slow to move especially when stopping auctions against their policy.

Damn, that is some piss poor feedback to say the least. I have no idea how Ebay hasn't deleted his account by now.
On a similar note, I remember some seller that I think sold books, and he/she had over 5,000 negatives!!!!!!!!!! @_@ @_@ @_@

There are just his negatives. It's easier this way. ;)

That guy must have made a fortune ripping people off. Some of those VHS tapes went quite high in price.

Ok, when you see a seller with his many negs, you just plain and simple can't buy from him. What, are these buyers like saving $1 from buying from this guy. But then they turnaround and loose however much everything cost when they don't get their item.

They react very fast if it is fee avoidance infraction 8-)

Yeah, and they suspended me for running two auctions for megadrive converter carts .. that aren't even illegal! Yet someone can sell hundreds of bootleg videos and DVDs and it's fine. That is seriously screwed up.

Yeah, so much for the "Three strikes and you're out" rule...
Makes you wonder though... I got NARU'ed for having non upto date info (Recently changed phone number and didn't update my eBay info!!!) - As if you really remember to do such a thing.
I think it now goes on a percentage and not total of negs you have. I think if you drop below something like 85% or something then they will NARU you.
Would be nice if eBay made this clear somewhere...

Got to hate that rule.
I went on an email mission to ebay UK the other week about that stuff, pointing out that discontinued systems such as MD and SNES are no big deal.
They must have got sick of me, because they fobbed me off onto ebay of Australia! :eek 2: LOL
