I was pressed for time today,I took a quick 15 minute romp through the fully vendor-ed flea market today(And it was COLD)
Al I got was the TELE-GAMES BOWLING cart for $2.00 and the SNES for $10.00/with AV and plug.
The Story of this SNES is:
Two weeks ago I saw this same SNES in the same vendors stuff at this flea market, only it was piled behind the vendors daughter with other stuff.
When I saw it I asked them if it was for sale they said NO!! with a shout "SOLD-Everything there is sold!!".
(just the base unit was seen that day)
Ok I thought, slow to the game I missed out on that one,but who just leaves their bought item in a pile like that.
The next week I run into the same vendor and his daughter at a local in town flea market and they have this same Sold pile/same stuff(?) but no SNES....(I figured, maybe they did sell it)
This week the daughter has the SNES at her feet but it now has the AV wire and plug..I ask,How much..?
$10 Dolla!!!.........Ok..I'll take it.Put it in a bag...
I can't figure what that was all about, why didn't they have it up for sale the first day/missing the next then having it again.
It still made it's way to me and I got it with the AV & Plug.
I went to see the guy that had the pile of playstation games last week..I wanted to take another look.
I'd say one or two were worth the $5 asking price and I know this guy he won't budge under $5
He said he sold them all last week....I can't figure what stupid ass bought all those trashed games for $5 a piece and I left at closing.

My eBay lot arrived about a week ago, but only recently did I finally finish cleaning and testing everything:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=8160512732
http://www.cvrepertoire.net/SnappleMan/leftsoftware.jpg
http://www.cvrepertoire.net/SnappleMan/righthardware.jpg
I was very pleased with the lot since the condition of nearly everything was practically perfect. Also, after trying out the games, I discovered that some of them were cooler than I was expecting, like Tempest X3 and Fade to Black. The big surprise of the lot was that it's a modified system, and the seller sent a whole bunch of back-up games. That's not so exciting for me since I just threw away the bootlegs of games I already had and will hang on to the others until I can replace them with official copies, BUT two of the bootlegs came with minty official manuals for some reason, Saga Frontier and Einhander. Hopefully I can pick up copies of both with their cases in the future and put together complete copies for less than it would be to actually buy them complete.
As you can see in the picture, I'm showing off the misprinted Final Fantasy VII. :P I'm quite happy with those Namco controllers too. The NeGcon is a blast to play with. I've been playing a lot of Ridge Racer 4 with it lately.

Decided to drive nearly 2 hours to a big flea market which turned out to be not as big as I expected. Hardly any gaming-related stuff there, a big disappointment really. But I did buy some SNES games. I thought twice about it, because most of them are in fairly bad shape, but I talked the lady down to $18 for the lot:
Super Mario Kart, Yoshi's Island, Donkey Kong Country, Donkey Kong Country 2, Zelda LTTP, Castlevania IV, Super Punch Out!!, and Uniracers. All the games work so I figure they're worth more than I paid for them, even though most have bad labels.
Also bought Star Tropics and Gauntlet II (NES) for $5. Oh and I received R-Type III in the mail today (ebay auction).
Hitting up the local flea market tomorrow, hoping to score some more SMS games like last week.

No, unfortunately it's the orange Zapper. And I just found out something that rubs salt into the wound! I've been looking for a Gamerush store around here for ages. Tonight my wife informs me that, not only are there TWO Gamerush stores in the same city where I went to the first flea market this weekend, but one of them was even on the same damn street as the flea market! lol Then, as a final slap in the face, the other Gamerush was on the same street where we ate lunch that day.
Fortunately, I have an understanding wife who is really getting into the whole flea market/game store scene, and she said we can go back next weekend. :)
At the flea market I got:
4 APF M-1000 games
Blackjack with 2Xinstructions $2.50 cdn
Baseball $2.50 cdn
Pinball/Dungeon Hunt/Blockout $2.50 cdn

Damn...while at bookman's I passed on an NES games complete that I just now found out was an R6. I always get the damn game confused with another, ahaha. Oh well, back there tomorrow morning to post in tomorrow's find thread.

Yesterday evening I found me a brand new Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 for the Xbox for 39.99 at Wal-Mart :D and I also ended picking up the most excellent Pac-Man Collection for the GameBoy Advance for $9.88 brand new.

Like an idiot, I passed up a new/sealed copy of Star Wars: Battlefront for $25 at the flea market (yeah, the same flea market where I missed the Gamerush stores).

While on vacation in Oklahoma, I picked up the following:
Sega DC, console, controller & cords. $20
Three more DC controllers, including a first party blue one, Four VMU units, Fishing controller and two controller extension cords plus tax. $40
NGPC Metal Slug: First Mission. $10
Not the best deals but they were right in front of my face and I had to buy them.

It's a PAL version. :)
Today in the mail:
Socket & Virtual Pinball for Genesis, both CIB. Two excellent games, they are. ;)
I actually beat Socket before it arrived -- couldn't wait until it got here so I loaded it up on my flash cart...
