Anyone interested in this? It's opened but never played, it was displayed new at Game Crazy, for some reason they opened it though, I just bought it last night and don't plan on playing it.

To resell on here for a profit, or maybe he wants to get it to someone who really wants one but can't find it.

I believe it's illegal to own or sell as it's child pornography.

it's not child porn it's only been banned from sale as the result of a temporary injunction from a court, the case still has to go to trial

yea...well there redoing the game (dont even know why) so they can cut out a girl that was 17 at the time of shoot, but is 18 now. nothing big just dumbasses not watching there back....sorry boss cant help with taking the game off ur hands.

I saw new copies of this game this past weekend at all the Blockbuster/GameRush stores I went to. If it's "child pornography" and illegal to own or sell, no one's told them.

The game was pulled off the market for awhile due to aforementioned lawsuit; however it has recently been brought back ON the market. I don't have a reason for you though. Its disappearance only lasted two months, and chances are it's not going to be too rare. Don't know what to tell ya, trying to sell it off may be tough. We can't even sell our brand new copies at Gamestop and I think the price tag is $20 x_X
