Ways to pay for games internationally cheaply?

I have a seller who doesn't want to use paypal because of fees and difficulty accessing the funds using an international paypal account.

What are some other suggestions of safe ways to pay for stuff internationally that don't incur significant percentage fees? I'm talking about a payment of $500+.

Direct transfer/debit is a major pain from the US, sadly. I know that's very popular in other countries.

I prefer paypal, but I know it's a pain in the arse to use in some countries.

Western Union Money Order or Western Union Money Transfer. The Western Union MO is cheaper, but the Money Transfer is instant. Usually runs about $2 for the MO and $25 for the Money Transfer. That's the way I always do stuff like that.
