The Atari Lynx problem is that it Does not load (I'm getting a blank screen) I've tried different batteries, AC adapter, Cleaned game & System.. I only have 1 game for it, Though (Ninja gaiden) But i'm sure that it is the Console. (I had a similar problem with Game gear- keep reading)

Game gear will get as far as the "AUTHORIZED BY SEGA" Screen, but no further. I was able to play Tom & Jerry on it once.. From what i remember, The sound did not work either. I have 2 game gear systems- This one and a Mint condition one. It can't be the game, I've tested them on my Mint GG, Every one of the games work.

Sega CD's AC Input is fried (I used a NES ac by mistake..) I don't want to get another console (Unless i find one in goodwill for $5) I'd like to fix this one.(This is model 2, BTW)

The first question was answered in the Live FAQ. The third doesn't have enough information included to give a useful answer. I don't know enough about the second to give a useful answer.

The Sega CD will not turn on. I think i blew a fuse on it.. The AC Input- It's broken.

Physically broken or nonworking? Those are not always coincedental.

Do you know for certain the power supply is good?

EDIT: Wait, I missed the fact that you used the wrong PS on it. The VR is probably fried along with a couple other things in the power input circuit. I strongly doubt the Sega CD has a fuse.

If you have a model 2 Sega CD and the fuse is blown, here is a guide to replacement:

I stand corrected, there is a fuse.

Chadtower: I've tried the AC with both of my Model 1 Genesis systems. Thanks for the troubleshooting. :)

FABombjoy: Thanks. :)

have you tried looking at the pins on the game gear? i'm sure it has to be a bent pin in there.

Hey thanks. I forgot about that.. I have that problem with my GBA!

I'm going to get the GG now.

Edit: I can't really tell wether there are bent pins or not..

There is something rattling in that GG too.. It is on the left side of it, near the speaker.

uhm, have you managed to open it? it could be the speaker itself.

I don't have the tool to open it. (there is a security screw on it)

use a small pair of needle-nose pliers to unscrew the security screw.

Well, i've taken apart the GG.. And put it back together.

I found out that the speaker is dead. (It looks like the wires going to it shorted out) And, on the No-Playing games issue: I think that there Is a bent pin in the connector, as Soniko_karuto mentioned.

Also there was a dead spider in it.. Just a little one near button 2.. Got it out with a q-tip. I don't like the idea of dead things in my stuff. Unless it's the game itself. :P
