Question about King's Field

I need to know if the King's Field disk released with standard jewel case looks any different then the one in the long box? Thanks. (:

I seem to recall owning the original in the jewel longbox, but I couldn't even find a picture of it online.

I did notice that there are two printings of the one in the plastic longbox. The difference I noticed between the two plastic printings is the Asciiware logo.

Hmm... well that's somewhat useful. Need to find out if my trade's cd has that logo or not.

I have this guy who's offering me his longbox King Field but the case insert is all torn up. Which does me no good. But he has the phone card (which I want) and I have an empty jewel case with manual. So If the disks are the same I might as well fill it.

Anyone else know? Dangerboy? Stu? (:

I had the long box version - the cd had a grey background with purple lettering on the top. That was a great game !!! I was really into it but got horribly lost in one of the castles. Now that I think about it, I never did know what my objectives were. LOL
