I have a disc for the Dreamcast that looks like Marvel vs. Capcom 2, but in fact is Midway's Greatest Arcade Hits Vol. 1. Does anyone have any speculation as to how this could have happened? Also, is this sort of thing valuable? It must be rare...

These things can happen... I bought the sealed DVD of "Gloria" (not the Sharon Stone remake... the original) and brought it home and opened the seal. The DVD said "Gloria" and had the correct picture of the star on it. I put it in the DVD player and what did I get?
"All In The Family, season 2, disk 2"

It looks exactly like Marvel vs. Capcom 2. I have the actual game and the two are completely indistinguishable until you put them in the Dreamcast. Almost completely indistinguishable, anyway... On the data side of the disc, where the MvC2 disc says 0F025C T-1212N backwards, the MGAHv1 disc says 0F027D T-9713N. Pretty subtle difference, I guess.
I realize that one game is Capcom, while the other is Midway. This only deepens the mystery. Perhaps the two companies share a manufacturing plant?
