$5000? Ummm. Right.

But I wouldn't be surprised if someone bids. I mean, didn't someone pay $200 for an empty white VB box?

The other items the seller is selling look nice too, but I think he would have a better listing if he said what each item was capable of doing. I have no idea what most of those items are used for. A little more information would be nice.

Well, remember, Athena is the company that made Virtual Bowling. Rare game + rare dev cart = OMG RARE!

However, I wouldn't buy anything from a guy that had only 91% feedback. Too shady, IMO.

I have purchased and traded things with that person before. He is a fine seller. I would not worry about any craziness based on stupid people leaving feedback, he is an A+++ and I will vouch for him.

You serious an empty VB box for $200. It must be a pretty damn good box for that price.

I remember when the PS2 came out and people were selling the boxes for $500. LOL

Good old memories.

I do not have a Virtual Boy or EPROM dumper so I cant tell you if there is anything on the EPROMS.

any offers ?

@_@

seems to me, if he thinks they were worth that much, it would be worth checking out to re-assure your customer.. /con me thinks

sold as-is. contact me if you have any questions.

In any case, that item is really cool. It would be neat for making homebrew VB games, or burning a copy of Faceball (if a ROM has been released). The only thing I would say about the bank-account only option is that he is trying to protect himself. If someone buys that from him and then paypals him the money, the guy could claim to have never recieved the item, and he could face a chargeback from paypal. Going the bank route, there is no risk to him. I;m just saying that there is not neccesarily anything shady about this just because of that.
